Serenity Development was founded in 2002, almost 16 years ago. They specialize in building residential and commercial properties all over New York. One of their latest commercial projects brought Serenity Development to Westhampton Beach.

“We feel that Westhampton has a lot of opportunities. It is a very charming Village, and I think the Village will be expanding pretty fast in the next few years. I can see the growing interest in Westhampton from people who don’t live around here. It is a great location; it is very close to New York City compared to the rest of The Hamptons.” – Karolina Nesko (Project Manager)

145 Main Street is a brand new commercial project, which will be suitable for a restaurant, gourmet cafe, coffee shop, retail store, boutique store, and almost any concept would fit. Barry M. Bernstein – President of BMB Enterprises LLC and Serenity Development, is also planning on converting the second floor of this newly constructed building into residential apartments after the sewers in Westhampton Beach are connected.

This property is situated on a prime corner of Main Street in Westhampton Beach Village and adjacent to the Westhampton Beach Library. The new construction will feature 3,500 square feet of ground space that can be divided as needed. The restaurant space will feature an open floor plan, glass bi-folding doors, and a vast landscaped outdoor space. The retail space will also feature floor to ceiling glass doors, which will make the storefront even more appealing for businesses. Parking spaces will be located in the rear part of the property.

This is the first major development happening on the Main Street in Westhampton Beach in recent times. The developer and the residents are excited about the project as it will help bring new restaurants and retail businesses to the Village.

Project Manager Karolina Nesko is aiming to complete development of this project by early summer of 2018. For more information, please visit
