Terrazza Celè owes its name to Celeste, the founder of Hotel Marincanto, who was lovingly called this by her husband. Set in a spectacular corner of Positano, this restaurant offers a refined ambiance surrounded by a secluded garden terrace facing the sea.

At Terrazza Celè a particular care is paid to the cuisine – still keeping strong roots in local gastronomic culture, but reinterpreting the great classics of the tradition.
The restaurant offers amazing and unexpected dishes – such as red prawns carpaccio with basil mousse, crumble of oregano and mock buffalo tomato; cappelletti with rabbit confit, fava beans and buffalo ricotta cheese; risotto with spicy scorpionfish and clam mayonnaise; and tagliolini fresh-pasta with sea urchin, pumpkin and citrus fruits – along with iconic, finely executed dishes of the Amalfi tradition, such as broken candle shaped pasta with genoese sauce and parmigiano reggiano mousse; and snapper au gratin with lemon, seasonable vegetable choice and almond sauce.
The wine list contains over 200 proposals selected with passion and competence: it includes a wide range of Italian spumante and French champagne, in addition to wines from small producers and big players representing all Italian regions.
